About Us – Animal Rescue Training was created to help merge and coordinate professional First Responders while working together during a technical rescue, or a large disaster. Firefighters, Animal Control Officers, Health Care Professionals, and animal owners must be able to work in an efficient, cooperative manner. Our goal is to combine National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standards and National Alliance of State Animal and Agricultural Emergency Programs (NASAAEP) best practices that have been tested and proven in the field.  We wish to share these methods with volunteers, professionals, and anybody who comes in contact with an animal in need.  We feel a strong group of professional instructors, including Firefighters highly trained in technical rescue techniques, along with Veterinarians and RVTs experienced in emergency medicine is the perfect team to help spread this information.
